Las Canteras changes character along the Las Palmas promenade. Off one section of the beach, a natural rocky reef breaks the waves, creating areas perfect for snorkeling when the sea is calm; towards La Cícer, surfing takes center stage. This distinction matters more than the generic label of "urban beach." You can choose your spot based on what you want to do and then stop at one of the seafront venues. Suitable for families with children.
