About the beach
Breña Baja · La Palma
Los Cancajos is a black-sand bay sheltered by volcanic formations, located between the airport and Santa Cruz de La Palma. Offshore rocks break the waves, creating an interesting seabed for snorkeling and diving on suitable days. The beach offers a chance to explore the underwater world without straying far from local amenities. Transitions between sand and rock require care, especially at low tide. Suitable for families with children.
