About the beach
Tijarafe · La Palma
Playa de La Veta is reached by walking down toward the coast of Tijarafe; the hike and the steps are part of the experience, and the return climb must be factored in. At the bottom lies a small beach of black sand and pebbles, far removed from any direct urban access. You choose it for this secluded atmosphere. Bring water and allow plenty of time for the return trip; with limited sandy area available, the tide and waves significantly affect the experience.
