Flamingo is a small, light-sand cove in the resort town of Playa Blanca, framed by two breakwaters that define its shape. Its compact beach and restaurant-lined promenade make it a convenient spot for a break with children—though, as always, one should assess conditions and supervise them in the water. It is a great choice for its convenience and the sheltered nature of the bay. However, its small size means that open space fills up quickly during peak times. Suitable for families with children.
