About the beach
Pájara · Fuerteventura
The small beach at La Pared is tucked between the rocks and cliffs of the west coast, in the same area as the larger El Viejo Rey beach. It has a different scale: there is less continuous sandy space, and the coastal formations and waves take center stage. It is a great spot for gazing at the sea and the afternoon light. If you plan to swim, the beach's exposure to the open Atlantic requires caution, even when the shoreline appears sheltered.
