The Roque de las Bodegas—a rock formation extending into the sea—lends character to this beach on the Taganana coast, where black sand and pebbles alternate beneath the Anaga highlands. Roadside restaurants offer the chance to combine your visit with a seafood lunch. It is a place to be enjoyed from the shore as well: the Atlantic is wide open here, and the waves can be powerful, despite the proximity to the village.
